In the hydraulic system, when the flow rate and flow direction change sharply, the process of the rapid rise and fall of the fluid pressure in the pipeline is called hydraulic shock, commonly known as "water hammer phenomenon", and "water hammer phenomenon" is the main cause of pipeline burst. , and the length, inner diameter, wall thickness, inner wall finish, cleaning process, and inner diameter difference of the pipeline interval will all affect the severity of the "water hammer phenomenon".


 
In July, our company received an inquiry from a marine hydraulic equipment manufacturer and needed a batch of hydraulic pipelines that conform to the Lloyd's Register (LR) standard. Valve damage and joint oil leakage occurred. After communication, our company suggested that the batch of hydraulic steel pipes should be delivered by high-precision cold rolling process and non-oxidative bright heat treatment (NBK). High-precision rolling ensures the seamless connection between the size of the steel pipe and the ferrule, and the non-oxidative heat treatment realizes that the inner wall roughness does not exceed Ra1.6, and the inner wall is smooth without falling off, which reduces the risk of damage to the valve parts; finally, the mechanical impurities on the inner wall of the pipe are removed by high pressure cleaning. , and do the corresponding anti-rust treatment to facilitate customers to use in batches for a long period of time.
