X20CRMOV11-1 Steel's alloying principle is to add high CR content to improve the antioxidant and corrosion resistance of steel; adding CR, MO, MN to play a solid-soluble enhancement role to ensure the strength of the steel substrate. At the same time, MO's MO’s The addition of the re -crystallization temperature of the steel, delaying the decomposition of the macroscopic running in the high temperature; adding V to generate the precipitation and reinforcement effect on the substrate of the steel, improve the tissue stability of the steel at high temperature service conditions; add NI to improve the strength of the steel strength , Toughness, hardening and corrosion resistance.


 
Due to the high alloy composition of X20CRMOV11-1 steel, especially the CR content has reached 12%, it is a matewater heat-resistant steel, commonly known as 12CR steel, which is very difficult to produce. When the project team accepted the task, a multi -party survey was carried out. Based on the production of T/P91 steel in the early stage, from the aspects of the selection of the mold mold, the process optimization adjustment, and the quality control of the quality, the perforation, the acid washing lubricated, and the cold pull (rolled ), Thermal treatment and other processes are technical research separately to form a complete production control process. After a week of trial production, 44.5*6.3 samples were successfully produced. After being commissioned by authoritative agencies to test, its room temperature stretching strength reached 770MPa, and the yield reached 570MPa; the high temperature tensile strength of 620 ° C reached 385MPa, and the yield reached 310MPa. Micro -tissue is a martensite tissue that maintains significant characteristics, and there is no obvious Δ ferrite characteristics. After a high -temperature creep breakage test, life evaluation is> 10Wh.
 
From the trial production rate and test evaluation, the project research and development is successful. It laid a more solid foundation for the production of higher alloy products in the future, and also trained a number of R & D personnel.
