Suggestions on material selection for water wall of Ultra Supercritical Unit

1. When the design outlet temperature of the boiler is ≤ 570 ℃, 12crmog, 15CrMoG, 12Cr1MoVG and tubes with similar steel can be selected as the water wall steel.

2. When the design outlet temperature of the boiler is ≤ 600 ℃, 12Cr1MoVG, T23 and T24 steel tubes can be used as water wall steel.

3. The design outlet temperature of the boiler is not more than 620 ℃. T23 and T24 steel tubes can be selected as the steel for water wall.

1. Shanghai Boiler plant has introduced Siemens boiler manufacturing technology, and the steel for water wall of Ultra Supercritical Boiler currently being manufactured are sa209-t1, sa213-t12 and SA213-T23;

2. Harbin boiler plant has introduced the boiler manufacturing technology of Mitsubishi company of Japan. The steel used for the water wall of ultra supercritical boiler that is currently being manufactured is 15CrMoG;

3. Dongfang Boiler Works has introduced the boiler manufacturing technology of Hitachi Corporation of Japan, and the steel used for the water wall of Ultra Supercritical Boiler currently under manufacturing is sa213-t12, SA213-T2 and sa213-t22.

4. The steel for water wall of ultra supercritical boiler that Beijing Bawei company is currently manufacturing is sa213-t12 and 15CrMoG.
