We call this kind of barren equipment, mandrel-moving equipment called de-bar machine. When the barren pipe with the core rod enters the bar-removing position, the bar-retaining clamping device on the bar-removing chain hooks the tail handle of the mandrel, and the hydraulically opened and closed clamping plate blocks the barren pipe. Pull out the mandrel. The bar-removing chain rotates half a circle to complete a bar-removing action, and the distance traveled by the chain is about 1.1 times the length of the mandrel. The maximum speed of the de-bar machine is greater than 4.5 m / s. The error of reaching the final position is ± 50mm. The released mandrel is sent to the mandrel positioning and lifting baffle through the conveying roller table, and then the mandrel transfer device sends the mandrel to the mandrel cooling tank for recycling. The installation position of the de-bar machine is parallel to the continuous rolling mill. The bar release machine has two columns of bar release chains. The two rows of off-link chains are connected by beams. There are two bar-releasing beams and multiple load-bearing beams between the two rows of bar-releasing chains. The rod-releasing beam is used to extract the mandrel from the barren pipe, and the load-bearing beam is used to support the mandrel during the rod-removing process. Use bolts to fasten the bar clamping device related to the size of the rolled product. When replacing the rolling mandrel, it is necessary to replace the bar-clamping device.

In order to produce thin-walled and medium-thick-walled tubes, the nominal diameter of the hole pattern of each tube remover must be smaller than the diameter of the mandrel of the tube rolling machine. In the production of thin-walled tubes, the diameter reduction of the de-tubing machine should be increased accordingly, otherwise the thin-walled tubes will not be easily removed. Each decoiler is equipped with a safety mortar to prevent damage to the rollers and related mechanical parts when the mandrel enters the decoiler. In the event of an accident, if the bare pipe with a core rod enters the pass of the pipe remover, if the radial load on the roll of the pipe remover is greater than the preset value, the roll pass will open accordingly to prevent the top rod from breaking Rolls and equipment.
