Following the smooth delivery of the 10 steel (HSC) horizontal corrugated heat exchange tube order, in early July, our company took another batch of 08Cr2AlMo horizontal corrugated heat exchange tube orders, which are used in enhanced heat transfer heat exchangers.
We use the differential equation method to generate the calculation grid and solve the flow and heat transfer parameters in the bellows under the cylindrical curve coordinates. With 20 nodes as the calculation period, we found that the bellows change when the Re number is less than 630 On the contrary, the heat capacity is not as good as that of the bare tube heat exchange tube, but as the Re number increases, the flow separation phenomenon in the tube begins to occur, and the heat exchange capacity is improved. Therefore, the heat transfer performance of the transverse corrugated tube has a critical Re value. In the case of high, the heat exchange advantages of the bellows heat exchange tube become more and more obvious.
 
Because this batch of orders is for pipes for maintenance of a petrochemical project, the delivery date is very urgent. Currently, the straight pipes have been drawn and are waiting for heat treatment. The corrugation parameters and drawings have also been confirmed in writing by the customer. In order to meet the needs of customers for diversification, differentiation and customization, in 2018, our company transferred the capable forces of the technical department and the equipment department to merge and set up a new product research and development center. In the past three years, it has achieved 48 hours in response to the various needs of customers.
