Auspicious Start to Operation – Riding the Horse into a New Journey, Joyfully Embarking on a New Chapter

Spring tides surge, ushering in a new chapter; the resounding hooves of horses embark on a new journey. On March 6th, the 18th day of the first lunar month, a propitious day for resuming operations, Beite employees returned to work on time, beginning a new journey in the Year of the Horse.
Early in the morning, a light drizzle fell from the sky, but it did nothing to diminish the warmth and excitement of the start of work. Like the gentle spring rain, warm yet powerful, it quietly nurtured the hope for the new year. Company leaders were waiting at the factory gate to welcome returning employees, exchanging holiday greetings and New Year's blessings.


Accompanied by powerful drumbeats, a majestic drum and gong team took the stage. With each rise and fall of the drumsticks, the resounding drumbeats and crisp gong sounds not only played a festive melody for the New Year but also conveyed the high-spirited and enterprising spirit of the Beite people, sharing the joy of resuming work with every returning employee.
 
On this auspicious day for resuming work, the "God of Wealth" brought blessings and good fortune. Dressed in festive red, the "God of Wealth," carrying gifts of sweetness and good luck, extended New Year greetings to returning employees. Each gesture carried new hope, and Beite employees eagerly shook hands with the "God of Wealth," taking photos with him amidst laughter and joy.

 
Starting work means a sprint, and hard work begins a new chapter. After the ceremony, company leaders led a team to the production site to visit and comfort employees, inspect safety procedures, and emphasized the need for strict implementation of safety responsibilities in each unit to ensure everyone's safety. They also encouraged everyone to work together with full enthusiasm and dedication to the new year.
