Welcoming Newcomers with Heart, Embarking on a New Journey – Beite Steel Pipe Welcomes its 2026 Graduates
In September 2026, Beite Steel Pipe welcomed its 2026 graduates. The company coordinated all aspects of the process, including registration and reception, logistical support, onboarding training, and systematic training. With comprehensive support services and a clear training system, the company helped young employees quickly adapt to the workplace and embark on their career growth journey.

1. Optimized Registration Process and Comprehensive Logistical Support To enhance the onboarding experience for new employees, the company prepared in advance, coordinating all aspects such as pick-up from the station, document review, and dormitory allocation, streamlining and optimizing each process step. On the official registration day, a one-stop service effectively reduced processing time, minimizing waiting and travel time for new employees.
Regarding accommodation, the company completed dormitory cleaning and maintenance for new employees in advance, ensuring they could move in immediately. Meanwhile, the company continues to improve employee recreational facilities. The gym is equipped with treadmills, strength training equipment, and other facilities, while basketball courts, tennis courts, and an employee coffee shop are open to the public, catering to the fitness and leisure needs of young employees and enriching their leisure time.

2. Holding an Opening Ceremony to Build a Platform for Youth Exchange
The company organized an opening ceremony for the 2026 cohort. At the ceremony, company leaders shared the company's development history, medium- and long-term development strategy, and talent cultivation philosophy with new employees, encouraging them to promptly transition from students to professionals, gain experience on-the-job, and grow steadily. The Human Resources Department introduced the 2026 cohort's training plan, learning path, and assessment standards. Representatives of the current cohort's young talent group leaders shared their experiences since joining the company, describing their direct experiences in process handling and living facilities. After the ceremony, icebreaker activities were held to help young employees connect and enhance team cohesion through teamwork games.
3. Establishing a Long-Term Training Mechanism to Safeguard the Long-Term Development of Young Employees
The successful holding of the opening ceremony signifies that Beite Steel Pipe's 2026 cohort of young talents has officially entered the systematic training phase. Next, everyone will undergo systematic training on company culture, rules and regulations, and job skills. The Human Resources Department will provide full support and maintain close communication with the hiring departments. Through mentorship, periodic assessments, and regular feedback, we will help each new employee smoothly navigate the onboarding period.
Young talent is a vital force for the company's sustainable development. The company will continue to optimize the livelihood and career development channels for young employees, relying on a comprehensive care and training system to build a growth platform for young people and promote the common development of young talent and the company.
