On January 22nd, the company held its 2026 Business Plan Release and 2025 Annual Summary and Awards Ceremony. The meeting released the 2026 business plan, clarified work objectives and measures, reviewed the work of 2025, and recognized outstanding individuals and teams. Company leaders, middle-level assistant managers and above, chief engineers and above, and representatives of outstanding employees attended the meeting.
 
In the morning, Chen Song, Vice General Manager of Beite Steel Pipe, and Dai Chun, Product Line Manager, respectively released the 2026 sales business plan and the 2026 business plan.
 
The meeting also included a ceremony to award the 2026 Business Plan Target Statement and HSE Target Responsibility Statement. He pointed out that 2025 was a year of transformation for Beite Steel Pipe. Facing profound changes in the market environment, under the correct guidance and support of the board of directors, the company focused on the annual business plan goals, promoted organizational and mechanism reforms, accelerated product and market structure upgrades, and achieved a series of hard-won results. He emphasized that, facing profound changes in the market environment, we must evolve our operations and management while persisting in transformation, positioning ourselves as high-end, segmented, branded, and digitally-driven, aiming to become a leading enterprise and brand enterprise in our respective market segments, and going all out to achieve the company's 2026 annual business plan goals.
 
Ding Yiwei, Assistant General Manager and Chairman of the Trade Union of Beite Steel Pipe, read out the commendation decision. The conference recognized outstanding individuals and teams who made significant contributions to the company's high-quality development in 2025. Awards were presented in over ten categories, including the High-Quality Operation Award, Annual Contribution Award, Annual Solid Foundation Award, Advanced Branch/Department, Star Manager, Star Engineer, Star Workshop Leader, Sales Star, Management Star, Technology Star, and Blue-Green Star.
 
At the meeting, Chairman Cao Zhijian delivered an important speech. He pointed out that through the efforts of all Beite Steel Pipe employees in 2025, the company's operational, technological, and management capabilities have all improved, laying a solid foundation for future development. Facing changes in the market situation and industry environment in 2025, we have further clarified our own development characteristics and achieved more composed development.
