At the beginning of 2024, as an internationally renowned energy company, customers put forward strict requirements on the HIC corrosion resistance, SSC loading strength coefficient, low yield ratio of tensile strength, and ultra-low S of the composition design of the pipeline product. Faced with the challenge, BEITE's sales, research and production team rose to the challenge. Starting from the early supply qualification certification, the sales, research and production teams were linked and promoted in collaboration. During the project execution, in order to meet the needs of customers, BEITE and customers conducted in-depth technical exchanges. The R&D and production teams broke the conventional product composition design ideas and on-site production performance control strategies, fully considered the mechanical properties of the materials, corrosion resistance and other technical difficulties, redesigned the products, solved the core problems such as heat treatment performance control, and finally successfully completed the customer's first high-performance pipeline production contract execution.
