Beite Steel Pipe successfully passed the CPR certification

We successfully passed the CPR certification

In 2020, good news came from an EU authorized agency, and Beite Steel Pipe passed CPR certification. This is another EU passport obtained by the company after PED certification.

The CE mark is a compulsory product mark promoted by the European Union. It is applicable to the EU's New Approach Directives on technical coordination and standards, and is used to prove that the product meets the basic requirements of the directive. In order to inform consumers which products meet the basic requirements of safety, health and environment, it is called "CE Conformity Marking". It is considered a passport that the manufacturer opens and enters the European market. All products bearing the "CE" mark can be sold in the EU member states without having to meet the requirements of each member state, thereby achieving the free circulation of goods within the EU member states. For steel pipe products, the two most important directives are PED and CPR.

PED stands for Pressure Equipment Directive PED 2014/68 / EU. All equipment with a design pressure exceeding 0.5 bar must meet the requirements of PED regardless of its pressure and volume. The CPR refers to the Construction Products Directive (305/2011 / EU-CPR), which applies to construction products sold and distributed in the European market.

Through PED and CPR certification, our (Beite Steel Pipe) pressure equipment products and construction products can be affixed with the CE mark, marking that our products will become more competitive and more and more popular.
