BEITE Group held the 2024 TPS Expert Counseling and Lean Improvement Promotion Summary Meeting
 
Recently, the company held the annual TPS expert counseling and lean improvement promotion summary meeting. Company leaders, heads of each unit, branch assistants and above management personnel, heads of professional departments, 2023 college student representatives and improvement employee representatives attended the meeting.

 
At the meeting, the Lean Room and some units made reports, and TPS expert Kimura gave a lecture on the overview and progress of TPS. The expert pointed out that the positioning of each employee should be consistent with the direction of the company's goals, the company's improvement business ratio should gradually exceed the conventional business ratio, and the promotion of TPS in a top-down and bottom-up manner is the most efficient. At the same time, it emphasized that 5S is the basis of all production activities. The expert focused on the achievements and shortcomings of the 2024 counseling, as well as the 2025 TPS counseling activity plan. Subsequently, the company commended individuals, teams and units that performed outstandingly in the promotion of lean improvement in 2024.
 
In his concluding remarks, General Manager Han Lin emphasized that lean improvement is one of the three pillars of Changbao and a key element of the company's core competitiveness. It should be integrated into the daily work of every employee and become a regular instinctive behavior. He pointed out that in 2025, each unit should concretize the improvement goals, promote various improvements around the market and the site, and at the same time strengthen the implementation of basic standards, reduce waste, and enhance the value of improvement, and focus on improving the lean improvement capabilities of operators and team leaders.


 
Finally, Chairman Cao Ren pointed out that lean management is the cornerstone of our business development and an important manifestation of our core competitiveness. He said that each unit should achieve the GBM goal in 2025 and master the core methodology of lean management through employees' cognition and practice of Changbao culture. He emphasized that lean management should be reflected in mechanisms and performance. We must grasp the essence of things through building a stronghold, fighting a dull battle, and repeated training, and do a good job in lean improvement in a substantial and effective manner to enhance the company's activation, employee literacy, and lean management level.
