The annual output of heat exchange tubes of Beite Company is nearly 7000 tons, of which U-shaped heat exchange tubes and super-long heat exchange tubes are the company's characteristic products, 09MnNiD, 09MnD, 08Cr2AlMo (Re), 15CrMo, 20GJ, 20MnGJ, 15MoGJ, 10 (HIC / H2S), SA179, SA192 heat exchange tubes as the company's flagship product, its quality has been highly recognized by users; at the same time in the ultra-long tube transportation, we have rich experience and cost advantages.
In order to improve the product quality of U-shaped heat exchange tubes and meet the special requirements of customers, in 2020, Beite Corporation newly invested in the purchase of two sets of automatic bending equipment and U-shaped tube heat treatment equipment. For the inspection, packaging and transportation of the tube, the company has formulated the corresponding enterprise specification "W / BT030-2020", which has realized the whole process control of product quality.
So far, all performance indexes of U-shaped pipes produced by Beite Company can meet the national standard "GB / T24591-2009 seamless steel pipe for high-pressure feed water heater" and the American standard "ASTM A556 seamless carbon steel pipe for feed water heater".
